We recently upgraded our pre-press department to Heidelberg Prinect MetaDimension which enhances the productivity of pdf workflows, files that are smaller and easier to manage. We also have the Prinect Signastation which can impose jobs from SRA4 to B1 sheet size, and we also installed Prinect Trap Editor and Prinect Colour Editor. Colour proofs are generated from a HP5000 design Jet Digital Proofing System & plates are made from a Heidelberg Creo Plate Setter.

We can receive your files via e-mail, CD or you can upload to our FTP site whichever best suits you.

Scanner (Heidelberg Topaz) – scans pictures & transparencies into digital files.

OSX and PC workstations – to retouch, correct and get ready for the printing process.

HP Design Jet 5000 – ink jet colour proofing system which is calibrated tour presses.

PDF Workflow – once you have passed the colour proofs, they are then imposed for printing on a Prinect Signastation and the information is ripped using PDF Workflow to our Heidelberg B1 Trendsetter.

Trendsetter – the trendsetter will produce first generation dots on the printing plates requiring no film. This improves the quality of the jobs visually.
